Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Aura Z application (the “Service”) operated by Kyun Labs (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service & Accounts

Aura Z is an AI-powered beauty and self-improvement application designed for women. The Service provides facial analysis, beauty scoring, glow-up transformations, skincare routines, an AI beauty assistant (“Bella”), and other personalized beauty tools.

Anonymous Usage: The Service does not require you to create a traditional account. We utilize anonymous identifiers (via Firebase) to provide the service and save your data.
Fair Use: We reserve the right to impose limits on feature usage, including but not limited to the number of scans, image generations, and AI conversations within a specific time frame to ensure fair usage of our server resources.

2. Important Disclaimer: For Entertainment & Informational Purposes Only

Aura Z is not a medical, dermatological, or clinical tool. All beauty scores, facial analyses, glow-up transformations, skincare routine suggestions, and AI-generated recommendations provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Beauty scores are subjective, algorithmically generated values and do not represent any objective or scientific measure of attractiveness.
You should not rely on Aura Z for medical, dermatological, or health decisions.
Skincare routine suggestions are general in nature and are not a substitute for professional dermatological advice.
Kyun Labs assumes no liability for inaccuracies in the AI’s assessments or recommendations.

3. Virtual Currency (“Coins”)

Aura Z offers a virtual currency called “Coins” that can be used to access premium features within the app. By purchasing, earning, or using Coins, you agree to the following:

Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any form of legal tender.
Coins are non-transferable between accounts.
Kyun Labs reserves the right to modify, adjust, reset, or revoke Coin balances at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: economy rebalancing, policy changes, or account violations.
The pricing of features in Coins may change at any time.
Referral rewards are subject to a daily cap per user. Kyun Labs reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts and caps at any time.
Any attempt to abuse the referral system, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, circumventing self-referral restrictions, or using automated means to generate referrals, will result in forfeiture of all Coin balances and may result in account termination.
Unused Coins are forfeited upon account deletion.
Coins may expire after a period of account inactivity as determined by Kyun Labs.
Kyun Labs is not liable for any loss of Coins due to system errors, account issues, or policy changes.

4. Referral Program

Aura Z may offer a referral program that allows users to earn Coins by inviting new users to the Service.

Each user is assigned a unique referral code. Referral rewards are credited only when a referred user meets the eligibility criteria defined by Kyun Labs.
Self-referrals (referring yourself using multiple accounts or devices) are strictly prohibited.
Kyun Labs reserves the right to revoke referral rewards, suspend referral codes, or terminate accounts involved in referral abuse at any time without prior notice.
The referral program, including reward amounts and eligibility criteria, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

5. AI Image Generation & Glow-Up Transformations

Aura Z uses artificial intelligence to generate transformed images of your appearance (“Glow-Ups”) based on selfies or photos you provide.

AI Limitations: Generated images are artistic interpretations created by AI. They do not represent realistic predictions of surgical outcomes, actual product results, or achievable transformations.
No Guarantees: Kyun Labs makes no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or likeness of AI-generated images.
Prohibited Use: You may not use AI-generated images to impersonate another person, create misleading or deceptive content, harass others, or for any unlawful purpose.
Content Moderation: Kyun Labs reserves the right to refuse to process images that violate our content guidelines, including but not limited to images containing nudity, explicit content, or content involving minors in inappropriate contexts.

6. AI Assistant (“Bella”)

Aura Z features an AI-powered beauty assistant named Bella that provides personalized beauty advice and recommendations through conversational interactions.

Bella’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Bella is not a licensed dermatologist, esthetician, medical professional, or qualified health advisor.
Conversation data with Bella is stored to improve the Service and personalize your experience.
Kyun Labs is not liable for any actions taken based on Bella’s suggestions.

7. Third-Party Infrastructure

You acknowledge that Aura Z utilizes third-party AI services (including but not limited to the Google Gemini API, DeepSeek API and WaveSpeed API) to process and analyze your photos and generate content.

Data Transmission: When you use features involving AI processing, your image data and/or text data is sent securely to third-party servers strictly for processing.
No Control: Kyun Labs does not control the internal operations or training data of third-party AI providers. The AI may occasionally generate incorrect, unexpected, or unintended outputs.

8. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features or expanded usage limits require a paid subscription or Coin purchases.

Billing: All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscription Plans: Subscription pricing, features, and billing cycles are displayed within the app and may vary by region.
Free Trials: If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Refunds: All refund requests and subscription cancellations must be managed directly through your Apple or Google account settings. Kyun Labs cannot process direct refunds.
Price Changes: Kyun Labs reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes before their next billing cycle.

9. User Content & Conduct

By using Aura Z, you agree to the following:

Your Photos: You retain ownership of the original photos you upload or capture within the app. By submitting photos to the Service, you grant Kyun Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store those photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Generated Content: AI-generated images and transformations created by the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use the Service to harass, bully, or harm any person.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others using generated content.
- Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or usage restrictions.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Coin economy, referral system, or any other feature.

10. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the original photos you submit.
Our IP: The Aura Z brand, name, logo, interface, scoring algorithms, routine content, template designs, and underlying code are the exclusive property of Kyun Labs.
AI-Generated Content:All AI-generated images, transformations, and text outputs produced by the Service are derivative works created using Kyun Labs’ proprietary tools and third-party AI services. Your right to use such content is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyun Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Your use of the Service or reliance on beauty scores, AI analyses, or recommendations.
The accuracy, quality, or likeness of AI-generated images or transformations.
Any loss of Coins, streaks, progress data, or other in-app assets.
Actions taken based on recommendations from the AI assistant (Bella).
Unauthorized access to your account or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyun Labs from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Account Termination

Kyun Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

Violation of these Terms.
Abuse of the Coin economy or referral system.
Use of the Service for unlawful purposes.
Any conduct that Kyun Labs determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or the Service.

Upon termination, all Coin balances, progress data, and account information may be permanently deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes within the app. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.

16. Notice Regarding Apple & Google

Apple (iOS):If you are using Aura Z on an iOS device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Kyun Labs only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service, its content, or any maintenance and support. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation or liability regarding the Service. You acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of the Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

Google (Android): If you are using Aura Z on an Android device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Kyun Labs only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the Service, its content, or any maintenance and support. Google has no obligation to provide warranty, support, or liability regarding the Service. You acknowledge that Google and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of the Terms, Google will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
